Graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1996.

Master's Degree in Maritime Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (1999-2000).With  more  than 23 years’ experience Albert Prats Ribas is a Lawyer specialized in Maritime and Transport Law, Port Law, as well as ITC. He started practising law in 1997 in his hometown until January 2001, when he joined one of the leading maritime law firms in Barcelona becoming partner after some years. In March 2017  he opened his own law office "BUFETE A. PRATS” providing business consulting services and comprehensive legal advice to a different range of customers of the maritime, transport, logistic and Port industry.  He is usual speaker in the  Courses and Conference on  Maritime and transportation Law organized by the Maritime and Transport Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association and Port Authorities and also being   contributor to Chambers and Partners in the Chambers Global Practice Guides, providing expert legal commentary to compare and analyse key issues in the areas of maritime, port and transport law.

Law Graduate from the University of Barcelona in 2015, he completed his training with additional studies at the City University of London and the Master of Access to the Legal Profession at the Pompeu Fabra University.

Jordi Mayol Orga is a highly specialized professional in maritime law, land and air transport law, insurance law and procedural law.

He began his career in one of the leading maritime law firms in Barcelona, where he acquired solid knowledge and skills in these areas. Subsequently, he joined another leading maritime law firm, where he worked for more than five years.

During his career, he has advised multiple national and international clients in a wide variety of top-level legal matters. He also has extensive experience in defending the interests of his clients before the courts, having acted on their behalf in multiple complex legal proceedings throughout Spain.

In June 2023, he joined Bufete A.Prats, further enhancing the firm's ability to offer effective legal solutions and first class legal support.
